Position Overview:

We seek a motivated and customer-oriented Office-Based Sales Assistant with excellent phone skills to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to assist the sales team in achieving sales targets by effectively communicating with customers over the phone and providing administrative support.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and after-sales support.

2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and exceptional phone etiquette.

3. Support the sales team by preparing quotes, processing orders, and following up on leads.

4. Update customer records in the CRM system accurately and promptly.

5. Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential opportunities and provide administrative support as needed.

6. Assist in organising sales materials, preparing presentations, and coordinating sales meetings.

7. Conduct market research to identify potential leads and gather customer feedback.


1. Proven experience in a customer service or sales support role.

2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

3. Strong phone etiquette and building rapport with customers over the phone.

4. Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.

5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks.

6. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

7. Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
