FIRE WARDEN COURSE
Learners gain a comprehensive understanding of fire safety procedures and emergency response protocols. You will learn to identify potential fire hazards, conduct thorough risk assessments, and implement preventive measures to minimise the risk of fire incidents. Additionally, participants are trained in effectively using fire detection and alarm systems, coordinating emergency evacuations, and leading occupants to safety during a fire emergency. The course also covers the proper use of fire extinguishers and other firefighting equipment, ensuring that participants are equipped with the practical skills needed to extinguish small fires and contain emergencies until professional help arrives. Moreover, participants learn about their roles and responsibilities as fire wardens, including conducting regular inspections, maintaining emergency equipment, and communicating with emergency services. Through a combination of theoretical knowledge, practical training, and hands-on simulations, STAC's fire warden course prepares individuals to confidently and effectively respond to fire emergencies, safeguarding lives and property in the process. This one-day training course trains participants to act as Fire Wardens within the workplace
The objective of completion in this course is that participants will be able to:
