Cancellation Policy
Cancellation notice. When cancelling the performance of the services, the Customer must give two weeks’ written notice to the Supplier. Where this requirement is met, the Supplier will give the customer a full refund. Where this cancellation notice is not adhered to, the Supplier shall not refund the Customer any payments made for the performance of the services.
