Position Summary

We seek highly motivated, physically fit, and team-oriented Emergency Response Technicians to join our elite response team. This role involves high-intensity, fast-paced operations in challenging environments. Ideal candidates are adaptable, safety-conscious, and thrive under pressure.

 

Key Responsibilities : 

• Operate and maintain specialised emergency response equipment.

• Conduct hazard assessments and implement control measures.

• Support ongoing training exercises and safety drills.

• Prepare to respond to various emergency incidents, including confined space rescues, chemical releases, medical emergencies, and fires.

• Collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients and external emergency services.

• Accurately document incidents, reports, and equipment use.
   

Fitness & Physical Requirements:

• Must meet or exceed STAC physical fitness standards.

• Capable of lifting 50+ lbs, working in PPE for extended periods, and performing tasks in extreme environments (heat, heights, confined spaces).

• Ability to pass a physical abilities test and periodic health assessments.

 

Requirements:

• PHECC Pratitioner (EMT or Higher)

• Valid Irish driver's license (Class B).

• Ability to work rotational shifts and weekends and respond on short notice.

• Drug & alcohol screening required.

• Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and professionalism.
