This course is tailored toward all staff members & non-emergency response staff and is designed to teach people what to do in case of a fire and essential fire extinguisher use. In STAC's Fire Response Team training, participants delve into a comprehensive curriculum designed to equip them with the skills and knowledge necessary to respond to fire emergencies in various settings effectively. Key components of the course include advanced fire safety techniques, hazard identification, and risk assessment strategies tailored to the specific needs of response teams. Participants learn to analyse fire situations swiftly, implement appropriate response plans, and coordinate evacuation procedures to ensure the safety of occupants. Additionally, the course covers specialised training in firefighting tactics, including the proper use of firefighting equipment and techniques for extinguishing different types of fires. Participants also gain insight into incident command systems, communication protocols, and teamwork strategies essential for efficient and coordinated emergency response efforts. Through hands-on drills, simulations, and scenario-based training exercises, participants develop the confidence and proficiency needed to effectively lead and support fire response operations, ultimately enhancing the resilience and preparedness of their organisations in the face of fire emergencies.
